More than fifty years after its publication, The Moviegoer still confronts, comforts, and enlightens generations of readers. The contributors to Walker Percy's The Moviegoer at Fifty have built on decades of research--through diverse perspectives that draw on philosophy, theology, disability theory, contemporary music and literature, social media, and film studies--to read the novel with fresh understanding and admiration.   These panelists will bring fresh understanding and admiration of the novel.
